- At least 5 years experience in ServiceNow.
- Run own projects and be independent.
- Need to know more than ITSM, preferably CSM/GRC/Agentic AI.
- Hybrid: about 2 days at client site and 1 day a week in Amsterdam office.
- Dutch and English Fluency important (otherwise need to be very keen to learn Dutch and learn it quick).
- Salary: up to 7,000 per month for medior level, 8,000 per month for senior.
