Logistics Team Leader

As Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a team of approximately 20–25 employees within the Logistics department. You oversee daily logistics operations in a 3-shift system and drive continuous improvement, structured ways of working, and effective cross-team collaboration.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a logistics team in a 3-shift operation
• Manage daily logistics processes, including intake, pre-processing, warehousing, and outbound activities
• Monitor performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
• Support daily control meetings and continuous improvement initiatives (WCOM)
• Ensure effective workforce planning, safety, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate closely with other Team Leaders and cross-functional departments

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• 3–6 years of leadership experience in a logistics or production environment; experience in the food industry is a plus
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, WCOM, TPM, Six Sigma)Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Hands‑on, people‑oriented leader with strong communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English
