For our IT team based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, we are recruiting for a full‑time:

IT Manager Is this the role for you?

The IT Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and management of the Desktop Team and provides 3rd line support for the workstation and application environment.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise and develop a successful IT team by coaching and monitoring individual and team performance
• Plan and track local IT Capex and Opex budgets poucos line with the in line with Technology finance processes
• Provide support and manage escalation on issues relating to all production systems and infrastructure
• Plan, implement and support IT infrastructure solutions in close cooperation with the global Technology teams
• Ensure a strong line of communication with the remote global teams that provide server, network and IT security services to the Benelux region
• Work on projects and tasks as directed by the VP Technology NCEE, meeting the required standards and expectations to the business
• Maintain and update the central IT documentation repository
• Ensure alignment to all Paramount Tech processes & policies
• Source and manage effective working relations with local and international strategic suppliers
• Develop opportunities for improving service and collaboration options for our customers

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Management or IT Support roles, preferably within international organizations
• Excellent workstation, application and infrastructure knowledge and experience in mixed client OS environments (Windows and macOS)
• Strong working knowledge of the MS admin environment (Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management and Asset Management
• Good understanding of the value and potential of technology in business
• Clear and consistent communication with users, team, and manager
• Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively with customers and Tech peers
• ITIL Foundation v3/v4 Certification preferred
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
