The role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a highly experienced and accomplished Finance & Risk professional with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects and developing innovative solutions. You will work closely with our Managing Consultants and Principals to lead and manage projects.
In the ever-changing landscape of finance & risk, you are the experienced advisor. Through excellent communication and execution skills, you help clients build a solid foundation so they can make the right decisions and be successful.
In the world of Finance, Data and Risk, everything is connected. You will need to be comfortable in a situation with a lot of complexity, which no one can oversee on their own. That's why we work in multidisciplinary teams, where we combine strong project coordination, change management, content knowledge, and data management capabilities to achieve the best results for our clients.
In addition to the work at the client, there is maximum room for your own input and entrepreneurship to be part of and help shape the ambitious growth goals of the organization.
What you bring to the table- University or HBO degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience. Experience with project management and/or consulting
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: (regulatory) reporting, finance process improvement, risk management, compliance, data governance/management
- Driven and enthusiastic: passion for making an impact at clients and hands-on mentality
- A strong personality: you are confident enough to take a stand, but also to be vulnerable
- You combine your strong interpersonal skills and leadership with a good sense of humor and perspective
