The Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in creating our solutions for maritime transport safety, security, and efficiency.
Your ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Engineer is responsible for the management system, audit program, and internal support with respect to quality and environment (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establish, document, implement, and maintain the management systems related to Quality Management & Environmental Management.
- Monitor quality and environment requirements on operations.
- Coordinate the management of audits, findings, risks, changes, and reviews of the management system.
- Support Line Managers with respect to quality and environment (e.g., advice, coaching, training).
- Manage the audit program.
- Perform 1st party (internal) audits and 2nd party (supplier) audits.
- Coordinate 2nd party (customer) audits and 3rd party (certification body) audits.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering and/or Management.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of legislation (e.g., EU law, Dutch law).
- Good knowledge of management system standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NEN, IAF, SKAO).
- Good knowledge of customer-specific standards (e.g., UAV-GC, VSP, ABDO, AQAP).
- Good knowledge of operations (i.e., project management, systems engineering, support).

- A salary between €3.800 and €5.500 per month.
