We are looking for motivated employees with experience in warehouse work.
Where are you going to work?As a OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR, you will work for one of the largest companies in the Eindhoven airport cargo zone.
What are you going to do?Personnel:
- Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the warehouse, including personnel planning and capacity management to ensure a smooth running operation.
- Manage and register sick reports, vacations, free time, and all other HR-related registration processes within the department.
- Ensure safety and the well-being of the operators by enforcing all safety regulations in place.
Operations:
- Ensure that start times, break times, and end of work times are strictly adhered to.
- Enforce company regulations regarding safety, availability during work hours (no use of telephones), and no discrimination.
- Ensure that all operators have the necessary tools to carry out their functions.
- Train and certify all operators, aiming for multifunctional capabilities (all operators must be able to perform all jobs).
- Maximize the use of locations by efficiently managing them for the most effective use.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors of other departments and operations to ensure visibility, operational excellence, and continuity.
Process:
- Manage the docks lot plan process.
- Ensure a decrease in waiting hours for chauffeurs.
- Manage departmental projects and ensure operational discipline.
- Full-time availability.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Knowledge of English and Dutch.
- Proficient in using a computer.
- Weekly salary with good working conditions.
- A salary of €3200-4000 gross.
