As a (Senior) Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of products and production processes for new product introductions (NPI). You work closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers to maintain the highest quality standards. You will use quality techniques to work with the NPI team to prepare products and processes for regular production. You will have the space to help shape the quality role within the NPI process, providing a great challenge to make a difference within the organization.
Your responsibilities:- Take leadership in preparing product verification and validation plans.
- Coordinate quality actions within multiple NPI projects using quality tools such as FMEA, capability studies, PPAP and APQP.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and secure them.
- Perform internal and external audits.
