We are a growing team looking for a Product Analyst in the Product department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office.

As Product Analyst at sennder, your foremost priorities are to enable the product team to make the most data-informed decisions possible, and to lead the product team in measuring the impact of their work. Embedded within the product department, you’ll interact on a regular basis with product managers and engineers in our Berlin, Amsterdam, and Barcelona offices. • Manage the front-end data lifecycle, from defining event names and behavior to using product analytics tools to analyze the data.
• Conduct comprehensive quantitative analyses of customer behavior for product managers and product leadership to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Lead validation analysis (A/B experiments, quasi-experiments, time-series, and qualitative) in collaboration with product managers to validate the work they do has the desired impact.
• Empower the product team to explore and use data themselves through data democratization efforts.
• Support product leadership in making informed decisions by providing ad-hoc analysis and reports on product metrics.
• Be part of a small, high-performing team in one of the most exciting departments in the company.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in data visualization using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
• Experience conducting correlation and regression analyses.
• Experience in employing statistical analysis and doing experiments in a B2B context.
• Proficient in generating insights from data, and explaining these to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders of varying seniority levels from different verticals.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken.
