You will play a key role in driving significant change and have a profound impact on the entire organization as a Manager Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making and help develop the appropriate growth strategy.
- Financial planning and analysis through the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets, including currency impact analysis.
- Identify risks and opportunities by analyzing financial data.
- Suggest improvements and take an active role in departmental and companywide discussions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations and prepare financial reports for management.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to administrative procedures.
- Provide valuable support to the finance manager with ad hoc reports.
- Ongoing improvement of finance processes as well as the opportunity for self-development.
Candidate Profile:
We look for an applicant who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar F&A role, preferably in an international company involved in strategy development and financial analysis.
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial information to non-specialist audiences.
- Available for flexible scheduling, working either 24 or 32 hours per week.
- Located near Eindhoven, providing convenient access to our workplace.
- Will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership and become a valued member of our Management Team.
- Financial software proficiency: MS Business Central and Power BI are an advantage.
- Bachelor/MSc in Economics/Finance and/or Accountancy.
