You will be part of an international team of 15 HW and SW engineers to develop a private cloud solution for our customer. Leveraging your know-how in CaaS technology you support the team in system administration, conception, design, construction and operation of container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and in automating container platforms (Container as a Service). You practices in an Agile team using scrum project methods. Thanks to your enthusiasm for new trends and technologies as well as your good communication skills in English and German, you help us to make our customer satisfied with our high-quality and high secure solutions.
- Degree (Bachelor degree or above) in computer science or IT diploma (FCC) or relevant experience
- Experience in system administration, conception, design, construction and operation of container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift) as well as in container technologies (Docker or Podman) and their management
- Experience in automating container platforms (Container as a Service)
- Nice to have:
- Know-how in Linux (e.g. RHEL)
- CI/CD tools,
- Configuration Management/Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Tools like Ansible,
- Know-how in software development (e.g. With Python)
- Setting up and operating highly available system solutions
- Kubernetes certifications (CKAD, CKA or CKS)
- Knowledge of agile methods (DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to develop quick and effective solutions for complex issues
- Team-oriented, highly adaptable, with a flair for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in English and German is a must for this role
