Workplace Engineer

For our customers, Itility is responsible for managing the whole IT environment. The environment consists of multiple areas, including applications, data center and cloud, network and workplace. Itility manages the environment using a multi-skilled DevOps team.You work in this DevOps team together with other engineers to help our customers and manage the workplace applications, such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services and Intune. Your main responsibility is working on incidents and changes helping our customers.

• 2 nd and 3 rd line incident management
• Workplace related changes
• Build Intune packages, and deploy them to the relevant devices
• Able to come with suggestions to structurally improve the service

You are well-acquainted with IT workplace environments. And you have practical experience working in a DevOps team. Further requirements:

• HBO
• 3 years experiance within workplace environment
• Experience with 3 rd line workplace services and consultancy
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and or Microsoft Certified System Administrator
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driven by automation
• Good documenting capabilities

You have a strong customer- and problem-solving orientation, a hands-on mindset, able to initiate and execute improvements and a clear customer focus on results and quality.
