As a plant manager, your mission is to coordinate the overall operations of the plant to ensure timely production and transport preparation of the gas products to clients (external and internal), to deliver in compliance with safety, reliability, and quality standards while achieving budget targets and deadlines.

The plant manager is responsible for the safe filling-handling operations, stock, transport operations, and maintenance of the plant and ensures other legal responsibilities (working relations and process improvement) for all people external to his/her operational activity but located in the plant area. The plant manager must also ensure a continuous improvement mindset across the site. He/she promotes good internal and external relations and has a customer-centric mindset. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that projects take place on time and within the agreed budget.

• Problem solving: Identifying problems and taking the lead in developing solutions and ensuring that solutions are implemented - Willing to take ownership.
• Continuous improvement: Striving for more efficient operations and promoting bottom-up continuous improvement initiatives.
• Open mindset: Be open to different opinions and ensure an inclusive environment.
• Safety minded: Promoting a safety mindset and ensuring safe operations at all times.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English.
• Relevant industrial experience and educational background with the capability to understand the (technical) processes on site.
