IT within RLS

RLS is in a transition to become independent of the Royal Reesink group regarding all IT-related tasks. This includes software, applications, hardware (laptops/telephones/servers), and IT security. In this position within RLS, you are the contact person for colleagues and customers on topics of information security. You report to the CFO of RLS and form a team with your IT colleagues within AM (Germany) and Lalesse (The Netherlands).

Main tasks and responsibilities

• You are responsible for information security within RLS.
• You will design and set up the RLS Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the support of a specialized external partner.
• You are responsible for implementing new information security regulations, such as NIS/NIS2.
• You are responsible for maintaining documentation for ISMS, NIS/NIS2, and GDPR.
• You will implement risk analyses regarding data vulnerabilities, risks, and probability of occurrence, also as part of IT control assessments.
• You conduct and accompany security reviews.
• You are the first contact person for colleagues and customers regarding information security.

Personal qualities and competences

• You have completed a degree in computer science or have trained as an IT specialist (m/f/d).
• You bring the willingness to take on responsibility.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You have good analytical and communication skills and a very good command of the German and English languages.
• You have a service-oriented attitude and are someone who likes to work in a team, with strong communication skills, flexibility, and customer orientation.
• You have experience in NIS/NIS 2, ISMS, GDPR, and/or any other control framework.
• You strive for the best results, working accurately and in a structured manner.
