We are looking for a pro-active and organized professional with work experience in logistics or operations and a passion for Sports.

On a day-to-day you connect with all aspects of our Supply Chain. You identify and act in a timely manner on capacity planning problems in the different areas within the chain.

This includes being in control of the operational planning, where you are responsible for scheduling our incoming goods and delivering to our customers in a timely and qualitative manner. You also look ahead on a tactical level.

You manage various administrative & logistical processes concerning warehouse activities.

You have a critical eye and together with your colleagues you make sure that process improvements are implemented. You work closely with our Commercial department, which relies heavily on your accuracy and organizational skills. You understand the business from a commercial and logistical point of view, and can therefore make the right choices to ensure the process runs smoothly from A to Z.

Together with your colleagues and under the guidance of your manager, you will work to further professionalize our Supply Chain.

This position is based in Hoofddorp.

• Are the first point of contact in all areas within our Supply Chain at the operational level;
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure quality deliveries;
• Are constantly concerned with 'what could be better' within the various facets of the operation;
• Anticipate changes quickly and dare to make decisions;
• Switch effortlessly between challenging and varied tasks and act as a bridge between different stakeholders inside and outside the organization;
• Work on various ad hoc projects in consultation with your manager.

We are looking for a hands-on, decisive and proactive personality. You think along with the customer, come up with solutions and achieve positive results for all stakeholders.

• You are educated to at least MBO level or equivalent;
• A minimum of 1 year work experience in operations or logistics;
• You have affinity with Sports & Retail;
• You are available full time;
• You live within easy access of Hoofddorp;
• You are fluent in English;
• You enjoy contributing to the success of our company and the Supply Chain, in which you can put your can-do mentality to good use;
• You are a team player and enjoy getting to know your colleagues on a personal level;
• You have good Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage.
