Currently, they are looking for a Training Specialist Dredging to join their new team in Kinderdijk.
Job Profile for Training Specialist Dredging
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and update technical and operational training programs (primarily in English)
- Deliver classroom, digital, and simulator-based training
- Conduct “train-the-trainer” programs for clients
- Translate client needs into customised learning solutions
- Provide demonstrations for clients and prospects
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professional delivery
- Be involved in designing and delivering the annual General Dredging Course
Candidate Profile for Training Specialist Dredging
- Must be fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Proven experience in the dredging industry (operational or technical) is essential
- Strong affinity with technology and knowledge transfer
- Confident communicator who enjoys presenting to groups
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
- Ability to work independently and engage effectively with both clients and colleagues
