About the role:This role is part of the Embedded Computing Systems business line. In a multi-disciplinary team, you are responsible for electrical design from concept to series production. You translate technical requirements into a reliable design with the highest quality standards in demanding environments like healthcare and semiconductor industries. You drive product development from start to end, ensuring the design meets technical, functional, and business requirements while being integrated into larger systems or functioning as a standalone solution.
Key Responsibilities- Designing electronics for embedded computing systems from concept to series production
- Documenting design decisions using simulation software and apply best practices in design for EMC, safety, and manufacturability
- Collaborating closely in cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical engineers, industrialization architects, quality engineers and production test architects
- Ensure high-quality products by adhering to electronic engineering processes and using our state-of-the-art lab facilities
- Actively contribute to risk management, including DFMEA/PFMEA
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and possibly with customers on technical challenges and solutions
