Identify opportunities for automation.
Develop your multitasking skills by managing tickets and client projects.
Maintain documentation and SOPs for clients.
Analyze client metrics to improve SLAs, QoS, and MTTRs.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
Address and resolve incidents promptly.
Create, deploy, and manage virtual hosts using VMware.
Troubleshoot performance issues across application, web, and database tiers.
Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
QualificationsBA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong Linux/Unix/Solaris administration and troubleshooting skills, including:
- Job control, soft and hard links, kernel and shell distinctions, shell scripting.
- Networking troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, bash, sh, etc.
- Knowledge of web servers, security, DNS, filesystems.
A passion for facing the unknown daily.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with outstanding customer service abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and learn new technologies.
Strong multi-tasking skills across multiple projects.
Ownership of projects with proactive management to meet deadlines.
Desire to grow skills, knowledge, and career.
