At least 5 years experience in ServiceNow.
Guide customers, understand processes, and different avenue on the platform. Have previous consultancy experience and more than admin and internal work. Need to know more than ITSM, preferably CSM/GRC/Agentic AI.
Work Arrangement and Compensation- Hybrid: about 2 days at client site and 1 day a week in Amsterdam office.
- Dutch and English Fluency important (otherwise need to be very keen to learn Dutch and learn it quick).
- Salary: up to 7,000 per month for medior level, 8,000 per month for senior.
