Your role & influence as EUS Technical Lead
Responsibility: You will be given for driving technical projects and providing onsite support at the Nijmegen office, including on/offboarding, office setup, meeting rooms, desks, and equipment management.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of keeping everyone at Dustin productive by ensuring seamless technical and office support. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with IT and Facilities departments to deliver a smooth workplace experience.
Core activities:
- Provide hands‑on IT support and troubleshooting for onsite users to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote IT awareness and best practices within the office to enhance productivity and security.
- Deliver technical training sessions to empower employees with the knowledge to use tools and systems effectively.

This is what we imagine you bringWe envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on solving technical challenges and creating a seamless workplace experience for colleagues.
Additionally, it’s important that:
- You have a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with IT support, onsite technical assistance, or delivering technical training.
- IT Support exam, AC900, ITIL, M365, Endpoint management, Office suite, Jira, and project management expertise.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
