As a Paint Maker at NTS, you are an indispensable link in the production process. You ensure that the right paints, composed of various chemical components, are ready on time and error‑free for our sprayers. Each order has its own specific composition and color code. You carefully follow the “recipe” and measure to the drop accurately — a small deviation can have major consequences.

In addition to making the paints, you are responsible for warehouse management. You keep track of the inventory, order new materials in a timely manner, perform quality controls, and ensure a neat,_KINDed safe, and organized work environment.

• Preparing and mixing paints based on technical instructions and recipes;
• Checking color, viscosity, and quality menus mixed paints;
• Managing the paint warehouse and ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety;
• Inventory management and timely ordering of raw materials and paint components;
• Recording usage, consumption, and quality data in the system;
• Identifying and resolving deviations or errors in the process.

• You have an intermediate vocational education level (mbo) and experience with (chemical) mixing processes and/or paint production;
• You work very accurately and follow instructions precisely;
• You feel responsible for the quality and continuity of the process;
• You work independently but are also a team player;
• You have a practical mindset and enjoy contributing to improvements.

• Salary from €3,200 to €3,800;
