The 51 clubs of TrainMore are divided into several regions. As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the area you manage, covering around 15 clubs. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, sales, and maintenance across the gyms in your region are key responsibilities.
Daily check-ins with your Club قطوال Managers are essential to track performance and support the development of your clubs. You are expected to visit each club at least twice a month, proactively coach on the floor, and provide professional reports, suggestions, and action plans to the Operations Director.
