One of our trusted international partners is looking for a Finance Change Manager to join their Finance Transformation team in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving a large-scale operating model transformation across Finance. You will enable leadership to lead change effectively and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working, processes, and technologies.
This position combines strategic change planning with hands‑on execution, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and change adoption activities. Key Responsibilities Change Planning & Execution- Assess change impacts across multiple Finance departments and define high‑level impacts by audience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change plan aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with central implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of change activities.
- Provide input to department communications and define engagement strategies.
- Drive execution of activities to launch new operating models and ways of working.
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify and deliver relevant training resources.
- Define adoption focus areas based on leadership and employee feedback.
- Monitor progress and report on change adoption metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, simplifying complexity and enabling decision‑making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a dedicated Change Manager, ideally in Finance or large‑scale transformations.
- Expert understanding of change management frameworks and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Strong influencing skills and ability to partner with senior leadership (VP level and above).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with operating model transformations in Finance.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation programs.
- Ability to coach leaders and teams through cultural and behavioral change.
