Your Day?'to?'DayAs an airline reservations and sales professional, you'll be supporting customers and travel partners through phone, email, and live chat. You'll handle flight bookings, answer fare and schedule questions, issue tickets, assist with changes or cancellations, and optimise travel plans to meet customer needs. You'll work with reservation systems, keep up with airline procedures, explain options clearly, and always aim to provide solutions that leave travellers satisfied. This role requires accuracy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure - qualities that make a great reservations officer.
