To support this momentum, we are looking for a Key Account Director Semiconductor. This is a senior business and key account management role for someone who wants more than managing accounts alone. The opportunityCoreDux works with leading semiconductor customers where expectations around reliability, commercial discipline, and delivery performance are high. As Key Account Director, you take ownership of strategic accounts in a market that is growing rapidly and becoming increasingly important to CoreDux.
You operate close to the customer and close to the business. You are accountable for protecting and growing revenue, managing commercial agreements, and ensuring that customer commitments are realistic and executable. This role offers a compelling combination of commercial ownership, international exposure, and long term growth potential.
Your roleYou manage and grow a portfolio of strategic semiconductor customers and act as the primary commercial interface between customer and CoreDux.
You will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships at senior customer level
- Own pricing, margins, and key commercial agreements
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered
- Anticipate commercial and delivery risks and address them proactively
This is a hands on, commercially focused role with direct impact on business results.
Your growth pathThis role is a key building block in CoreDux’s long term semiconductor strategy. While it is a senior commercial position from day one, the scope and impact can grow significantly over time.
Depending on performance and ambition, growth can take place through:
- Expanded responsibility within France, including a broader customer portfolio or increased commercial scope
- International growth within CoreDux, stepping into wider commercial or business roles at other CoreDux locations

Who we are looking forYou are an ambitious and commercially sharp key account manager or account director with a solid semiconductor background and the desire to grow your career internationally.
You bring:
- Five to ten years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong experience in key account management or senior commercial roles in complex engineered environments
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field
- A sharp commercial mindset with comfort around pricing, margins, and contracts
- Experience working in project driven or matrix organizations
- Fluency in English
French language skills are not a strict requirement. English is the primary working language for this role. A willingness to learn French and integrate into the local organization is appreciated.
