AI Engineer and Innovator

At Full Force Digital we're looking for an AI Engineer and Innovator to join our team.

• Based on briefings, design AI infrastructures, creation of agents, automations and supporting data models
• Support the implementation of AI/ML workflows including data preparation, training pipelines, and inference systems
• Collaborate on the development of governance, security, and compliance protocols
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and stakeholder presentations
• Stay current with emerging technologies in data and AI, and share insights with the team

• Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI, or related field
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles (a.o. ERD) and AI/ML and LLM concepts. Preferably also OLAP, UML and BPMN
• Capability with one or more of the following technologies (or comparable): Microsoft Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Crew AI, n8n, Make.com, Fusion
• Good understanding of SQL, Python, React, Node.js or similar languages.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
