- Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective solution designs related to enterprise party data and party management.
- Apply strong understanding of banking concepts, credit lifecycle, and party data to support business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to realize project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Participate in cross-business-line and cross-grid change projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Contribute actively to working groups, workshops, and governance forums organized across the organization.
- Support Agile ways of working, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- 10+ years of overall experience in business analysis within the banking and financial services domain.
- Strong foundational knowledge of banking concepts.
- Good understanding of Party data and party management, Credit lifecycle processes, Credit Risk Management principles
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution translation.
- Analyze complex business problems and convert them into clear, actionable solution requirements.
- Work effectively in large, cross-functional, and cross-business teams.
- Balance multiple initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
- Adapt to organizational change and contribute positively to transformation programs.
- Engagement in large-scale banking and credit risk transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise-level party data and credit lifecycle solutions.
- A collaborative, Agile-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
