Functie-eisenProject Planning & Initiation:Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Project Execution & Monitoring:Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.), monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to schedules/budgets, and managing project risks.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and presenting status reports to senior management.
Technical Oversight:Overseeing the technical development of equipment and mechatronic systems, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement.
Post-Project Evaluation:Conducting post-project evaluations, identifying lessons learned, and implementing feedback to enhance future project performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field). A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the development of equipment and/or mechatronic systems.
Strong technical backgroundwith hands-on experience in mechatronics, robotics, or related fields.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, within budget and on schedule.
Excellentleadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent).
Familiarity with relevantindustry and medical standardsand compliance regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
