AI Strategy Consultant @ Aurai

As an AI Strategy Consultant, you partner with clients to shape and realize their data and AI ambitions. You work alongside a high‑performing team of consultants, translators, and analysts on complex, high‑impact engagements. With a pragmatic, results‑driven mindset, you help organizations unlock the full strategic value of data and AI.

You bring at least four years of experience in designing and delivering data‑driven strategies within a consulting or advisory environment. You take full ownership across the entire project lifecycle—from strategy formulation to execution—and excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in (generative) AI, ethics, and change management, you enable clients to build trust in their data and turn it into a competitive advantage.

• Strategic advisory – Translate business objectives into scalable, data‑driven and AI‑powered strategies

• Stakeholder engagement – Advise, challenge, and align stakeholders from executive to operational level

• Execution & delivery – Drive implementation and ensure measurable business impact

• Change management – Embed a data‑ and AI‑driven mindset across the organization

• Innovation & thought leadership – Identify trends and position data & AI as a strategic differentiator

• Training & enablement – Design and deliver workshops that empower client teams

• Project leadership – Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects to successful outcomes

• At least 4 years of experience in data & AI consulting or strategic advisory roles

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and driving organizational change

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a strong motivation to help clients move forward

Please note that for this position, we are looking for candidates who have the legal right to work in the Netherlands and speak Dutch fluently.
