- Industry Experience: Bring 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Structural Topsides, Package Engineering, and Site Engineering.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
