As an IAM Business Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, driving the design and implementation of future‑proof IAM strategies. You’ll strengthen organizations’ cyber resilience by identifying security risks and developing robust improvement roadmaps.
What you’ll do- Lead presales consultations and advise clients on IAM product selection and implementation.
- Present IAM solutions to stakeholders at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
- Develop roadmaps and guide clients in prioritizing and implementing IAM solutions (utilizing industry‑leading technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft, CyberArk).
- Collaborate with client IT, Security, HR and internal teams (Technical Consultants, Sales, IT Operations) to define IAM solutions and ensure seamless system integrations.
- Contribute to the growth and innovation of our IAM services portfolio.
- Stay current with IAM trends and obtain certifications (e.g., CISM, PSPO, Azure Security) with our full support.
You’ll drive client satisfaction, solve complex IAM challenges and influence key cybersecurity decisions. You’ll play a key role in securing digital identities, ensuring business continuity for global organizations across Europe, while shaping our services portfolio. - 3+ years in consultancy, with experience in the security sector (specifically IAM). Familiarity with information security regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) and how they affect IAM practices. Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management across different levels, with a commercial mindset to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities. Project management experience (waterfall and/or agile).
- Business proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Obtained a degree, preferably in Business and/or IT, and holds relevant information security certifications.
- Available for at least 32 hours per week and can work from our Waardenburg office twice a week.
- Valid EU driver’s licence.
- Already hold a valid working visa for and live in the Netherlands/Belgium.
