As a German-speaking ambassador, you are the friendly voice behind Rituals' international customer service. Through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, you'll provide attentive, creative, and solution-focused support. You bring the relaxed Rituals feeling to every customer, making their day a little brighter.
Your role
In this part-time customer service role, you won't just answer questions, you'll create trust, connection, and positive experiences for each customer. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting German-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media
- Providing personal, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Answering product questions and offering helpful guidance
- Communicating clearly, professionally, and creatively
- Collaborating with an international customer service team to deliver excellent service
Your work helps Rituals customers slow down, enjoy small rituals, and feel genuinely cared for.

Flexible part-time schedule:
Monday-Friday: 08:45 - 21:00
Weekends: 10:00 - 18:30
Work 24-40 hours per week, ideal for balancing work and life
