Housing Employee

As a Housing Employee, you will be responsible for visiting our accommodations and ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use. Your work focuses on conducting housing check-ins, cleanliness inspections, and managing invoicing for tenants. You play a key role in keeping our housing operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Here is what you will be in charge of:

• You will be visiting housing for check-ins, cleanliness inspections, and to follow up on other emergencies.
• You will be monitoring well-being and help ensure a positive employee experience.
• You will be retrieving personal belongings from housing when needed.
• You will be handling tenant invoicing, including making sure the late invoices are paid.

Job Requirements:

• You have an MBO-level education or an equivalent in experience.
• You are fluent in English or Dutch, knowledge of Dutch and/or Eastern European language(s) is an advantage.
• Experience in the temporary employment sector is a plus.
• You’re flexible and available to work weekends or outside regular office hours.
• You stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
