Here is what you will be in charge of:
- You will be visiting housing for check-ins, cleanliness inspections, and to follow up on other emergencies.
- You will be monitoring well-being and help ensure a positive employee experience.
- You will be retrieving personal belongings from housing when needed.
- You will be handling tenant invoicing, including making sure the late invoices are paid.
- You have an MBO-level education or an equivalent in experience.
- You are fluent in English or Dutch, knowledge of Dutch and/or Eastern European language(s) is an advantage.
- Experience in the temporary employment sector is a plus.
- You’re flexible and available to work weekends or outside regular office hours.
- You stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations.
- You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported.
