- Drive overall dealership performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market share and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory performance.
- Collaborate with OEM partners on marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first contact to vehicle delivery.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strong showroom presentation and full brand compliance.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory, test drives, and delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
- Manage dealership budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams to reach performance goals.
- Conduct coaching sessions, training, and performance reviews.
- Build a collaborative, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Marketing & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with marketing teams on local campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Represent the dealership at EV exhibitions, trade shows, and community activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or retail management.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of EV technologies and sustainable mobility trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience in the Nordic market is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English required; Dutch highly preferred.
