- You are a medior Machine Learning Engineer with 2‑4 years of experience in data analysis and model development.
- Proactive, action‑oriented, and seek opportunities to make an impact on AI projects.
- Can manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Thrives in roles that offer responsibility and autonomy, adapting quickly to new technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Experience in bringing AI projects into production.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
- Experience with at least one genAI framework (e.g., LangChain) or image generation models (e.g., ControlNet).
- Familiarity with cloud AI suites (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for technical challenges.
- Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience with Java or C++.
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
