As a management assistant at Nissan, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the Supply & Distribution team in the AMIEO region. You will work closely with the S&D Director, supporting operational planning and fostering team alignment. What You Will Do:
- Coordinate: the preparation and agenda management for Supply & Distribution meetings.
- Support: the S&D management team with operational planning and follow-up on execution.
- Develop: and maintain reporting formats to ensure consistent tracking and updates.
- Organize: team activities, including teambuilding events, to enhance collaboration and engagement.
- Facilitate: internal communication initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment within the team.
