About the job:
You will be supporting the finance manager. Together you make sure that the finance of the hotel is accurate.
What will be your tasks?
· Support of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting department
· Payment Master control
· Follow up and corrections of discrepancies in Opera regarding payment coming from any of the departments within hotel
· Daily control of the bank account
· Carry out the cash control
· Daily control of processes related to F&B outsourced operations
· Dealing with the issues related to credit card payments
· Supporting the finance manager with daily tasks
What are we looking for?
· Education related to finance.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
- Able to write and speak English in a good manner
- Pre knowledge of Opera
- Pre languages Spanish, Dutch
