What will you do?
As a Payroll Consultant you make sure everything about payroll is spot on for your clients. From creating payslips to managing vacation days and bonuses. Got questions about taxes or new regulations? You explain them clearly so they know exactly what to do.
But it is not just about numbers. You make sure they are always one step ahead in this complex field. You also help set up systems and processes to make everything faster and easier. And when there is an audit, you ensure everything is flawless and nothing goes wrong. You are often the go to person for everyone involved with payroll, from HR and accountants to software providers.
Sounds great but can I do this?
No doubt about it. You have experience in payroll administration, hold a PDL or VPS diploma or are ready to get one. You are accurate and enjoy working with clients. Plus you speak Dutch and English fluently. Passionate about payroll and regulations? Then you are a perfect fit for this role.
