As a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant, you will:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, workflow automation, and customization.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-implementation support.
- Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and platform optimization.
- Strong experience (typically 4–8 years) in ServiceNow implementations, with both functional and technical exposure.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and ServiceNow architecture.
- Expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, and configuration within ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis, process assessments, and propose optimization strategies.
- Support technical integration discussions and implementation efforts.
- Drive adoption and provide end-to-end expertise throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
