- Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Succession Management modules.
- Manage the efficient and effective operation of the LMS, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Perform end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support LMS reporting, including PRD reporting, and assist in the design and development of custom reports using PRD tools.
- Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and ensure seamless data flow.
- Participate in at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation or support multiple SuccessFactors engagements.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Succession Management; multiple SuccessFactors certifications are a strong advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems, including exposure to validated LMS environments.
- Strong expertise in LMS reporting, including PRD reporting tools.
- Proven experience working with SuccessFactors integrations across modules.
- Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations.
- Support development and validation of custom LMS reports.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support.
