As an ServiceNow – Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Facilitate workshops to design and refine business processes related to incident management and asset data management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for the development team.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in close collaboration with technical consultants and business stakeholders.
- Organize and lead user group sessions for reviews, feedback, testing, and pilots.
- Guide the setup of authorization matrices and ensure proper role-based access rights.
- Support the development team in preparing required software documentation.
- Design training plans and coordinate training sessions for both end users and IT support organizations.
- Contribute to implementation planning, including go-live strategy, migration plans, delivery documentation, and hypercare activities.
- Serve as a point of contact during go-live and the hypercare phase.
- Support additional projects such as dashboarding, phasing out legacy systems, and fallback planning.
- 5–8 years of professional work experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience with IT transitions in large organizations.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Build strong connections with both IT and business stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
- Work structured and detail-oriented, while balancing multiple priorities.
- Act in a customer-focused way: listen, engage, and translate needs into solutions.
- Demonstrate organizational awareness and align IT changes with broader business objectives.
- Analyze complex problems and provide careful, well-considered solutions.
- Deliver results under pressure while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
