Surfly is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer with a product focus to lead the technical go-to-market strategy for Webfuse, our new product that enables AI agents and chatbots to interact with web applications.
This is a Solutions Engineering role with unusual depth - you'll spend 50% of your time on traditional SE activities and 50% directly influencing product strategy alongside our CEO.
We're a profitable, 12-year-old company ($4M ARR) that's dominated the co-browsing market. Now we're launching Webfuse to capture the massive opportunity in conversational AI. We need someone who can both sell the vision AND shape what we build.

Solutions Engineering (50%)
Lead technical sales for strategic Webfuse opportunities (€50K+ deals)
Build POCs integrating chatbot platforms (11Labs, Cognigy, CM) with Webfuse
Own RFP responses and security assessments
Enable partners and internal teams on Webfuse capabilities
Product Strategy (50%)
Weekly 1:1s with CEO to shape product roadmap based on field insights
Define our integration strategy with conversational AI platforms
Build the "blueprint ecosystem" - reusable templates that become our moat
Represent customer voice in monthly product planning sessions
Own competitive intelligence for web automation + AI space

Required Experience
5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering
Deep knowledge of conversational AI/chatbot platforms
Enterprise sales experience with complex, technical products
Track record of influencing product decisions, not just selling
Can code (Python/JavaScript) but prefer building POCs to writing production code
