ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst or Consultant, you will work on a wide range of strategic challenges. You will play an essential role in shaping insights, supporting executive decision-making, and contributing to impactful client outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Turning complex insights into clear and compelling recommendations for senior leaders
- Collaborating with international colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the U.S.
- Working in small, diverse project teams on high-impact strategic topics
- Building your skills and confidence through continuous coaching, feedback, and structured training
- Contributing to projects that deliver meaningful environmental, societal, and economic impact
You may help design a growth strategy for a European technical wholesaler, support the valuation of a food ingredient company in a global M&A process, or map sustainability legislation and stakeholder dynamics for an Asian chemical player. No two projects are the same; you will be exposed to a broad range of challenges, industries, and ways of working.

- Master’s degree with strong academic results
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Living in the Netherlands
- Prior consulting experience (internship or entry-level) is a plus
