WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:
As a Senior Stockroom Sales Consultant, you play a key role in the smooth operation of both the back-of-house and front-of-house areas. You’ll be responsible for managing daily stockroom processes, supporting the sales floor with accurate and timely replenishment, and helping to coach junior team members. You’ll ensure that the store runs efficiently behind the scenes, with a strong focus on product availability, stock accuracy, and operational excellence — while also being ready to support on the shop floor when needed.
- 6+ months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment. (Stockroom or back-of-house preferred)
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviours.
- Team leadership or coaching experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
- Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner
- Oversees and maintains daily stockroom operations, including deliveries, organization, and stock replenishment
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and driving sales by supporting store management and sales team merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Lead by example in maintaining a well-structured stockroom operations and train and mentor junior stockroom and sales team members
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
