About the RoleAs a Product Manager at Channext, you’re constantly driving discovery, experimentation, and execution to create impactful solutions for our customers. To excel in this role you need to deeply understand our customers, market, and business objectives while utilizing data to drive decision making.
In this position, you will spend significant time engaging with partners to uncover their goals, workflows, and needs. You will lead continuous product discovery, validate insights with real users, and translate them into clear opportunities for engineering. Strong analytical skills are essential, since you will use qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization, identify product friction, and reduce churn across the platform.
About You- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI-driven automation;
- You have deep experience in product discovery, customer research, and data-driven decision-making;
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and internal and external stakeholders;
- Passion for solving hard problems - you thrive in ambiguity and excel at breaking down complex challenges;
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven automation, analytics, and marketing technology;
- Bias toward action, rapid iteration, and continuous learning, embracing a lean and agile approach;
- Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers;
- Understanding of channel marketing, B2B marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
