Senior Project Engineer – Tech Transfer & Packaging

As a Senior Engineer, you are responsible for leading the one‑way technology transfer of finished drug product packaging operations to a partner manufacturing site in Algeria. This role spans technical, quality, and regulatory areas, requiring the ability to quickly understand complex details and translate them into clear, compliant documentation and guidance for external partners. It’s a dynamic position that demands precision, strong communication, and effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

• Lead the transfer of finished product packaging (assembly, labeling, cartoning) to a partner site.
• Quickly learn and document product and process details, defining key parameters and critical outputs.
• Prepare and maintain clear transfer documentation, including specifications, SOPs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across QA, RA, Packaging, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support partner site readiness.
• Ensure documentation quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support site visits and training (2–4 trips to Algeria as required).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industry.
• Proven experience in technology or knowledge transfer projects.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Understanding of finished product packaging processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage timelines effectively.
• Fluent in English.
