Job Description Tasks- Development and implementation of the sales strategy in coordination with the management of HQ and the management of the Dutch entity.
- Definition of market, customer and product strategies, taking into account the company's objectives
- Expansion of market share and development of new customer segments and regions, in particular expansion of market share in the field of terminal blocks and cable management
- Analysis of market and competition data and derivation of concrete measures
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of teams in sales, field service, internal sales, sales control and product management
- Promotion of a performance-oriented, customer-focused and appreciative team culture
- Development of employees through target agreements and regular feedback meetings
- Responsibility for the local sales targets and contribution margins
- Planning, management and control of sales activities and projects
- Establishment of clear processes for tracking quotations, deadlines and customers

- Responsibility for the subsidiary's product portfolio

- Management of product launches in the Netherlands
- In charge of all marketing activities in the Netherlands
- Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer support - promoting active sales activities
- Optimising the interfaces between field sales and internal sales
- Maintaining strategic customer relationships and actively participating in key account discussions - but also visiting customers in regions that are not currently served
- Contract negotiations and quotation decisions
- Pricing in the Dutch market
- Successfully completed degree in technical business management, engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in an industrial company that sells series-produced products or in a technical environment (no project business or capital goods!)
- Proven leadership experience with cross-departmental responsibility
- Strong analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as empathy in dealing with teams and customers
- Confident use of CRM, ERP and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent Dutch and English skills, German skills an advantage
