In this role, you make sure that the packaging lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You are responsible not only for operating the machine, but for monitoring the entire packaging process.
Your main tasks:
- Setting up and adjusting production lines according to the production order.
- Monitoring the entire packaging process and taking action when needed.
- Solving minor technical issues independently and informing the technical team for larger faults.
- Refilling packaging materials on time to prevent downtime.
- Performing routine quality checks and reporting deviations immediately.
- Actively contributing to line improvements and teamwork on the shop floor.
You will work in a fixed 3 shift schedule:
- Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
- Night: 23:00 - 07:00
- Experience as a logistics employee, production worker, or operator, preferably within the packaging or food industry.
- Works accurately and feels responsible for product quality.
- Performs well in a dynamic environment where tempo and quality go hand in hand.
- Is available full-time in a 3-shift system.
Hourly wage between €17.99 and €18.96, plus 20% shift allowance on every hour.
A fulltime work week of 37.5 hours.
