Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR binders, and organizational charts.
- Process sickness notifications and liaise with insurance and occupational health providers.
- Update data across HR systems and portals.
- Support the coordination of onboarding, contract preparation, and HR documentation.
- Manage the HR mailbox and assist with scheduling and calendar management for the HR leader.
- Provide general administrative support related to HR compliance and personnel changes.
- Experienced HR Administrator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR support or coordination role.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle confidential information with care.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in an office environment.
- A mature, service-minded professional who can manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Familiarity with Excel;
- Living within commutable distance from Amersfoort (within 30 minutes) and willing and able to travel to the Amersfoort office daily;
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- 25 holidays per year (based on full-time);
