Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and adjust strategy based on data
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- Produce regular reports with clear performance analysis for stakeholders
- Run A/B tests and performance forecasts to improve results
- Stay current with paid advertising trends, tools, and measurement techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills; confident working with data, KPIs, and financial figures
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel/Sheets with advanced formulas)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and focused on evidence-based decision making
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Currently residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit
- Based in Maastricht, close to the central train station
