As the Product Owner of NN Agentic Platform, you will play a crucial role in delivering the NN Group wide adopted NN Data Intelligence Platform that empowers our business unlocking the full potential of Agentic AI. In this role as product owner, you also prepare your successor to be able to take over the baton from you.

What you are going to do
In this role, you will:
- Shape the roadmap for agentic, GenAI, and AI platforms, aligning with NN Group's AI strategy to give clarity to the teams
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business goals/OKRs
- Collaborate closely with the development team and other IT teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. This includes hosting sprint planning, sprint reviews, PO board meetings, standup meetings, customer workshops, and training sessions on the product
- Coordinate with other platform owners (e.g., data, security, Infra and business) to ensure seamless integration. Take responsibility as an asset owner to ensure order, security, and cost optimization
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management
- Monitor and report on product performance, making recommendations for improvements

- Runtime: Databricks Mosaic AI, Kubernetes (K8s), dual runtime for agent execution, Seldon
- Governance: Unity Catalog, Collibra (metadata, lineage, access control)
- Model Ops: MLflow, Mosaic Model Serving (registry, tracking, inference)
- Orchestration: WSO2, Airflow (API management, scheduling)
- Storage: Delta Lake, Feature Store (data for models and agents)
- Monitoring: Lakeview, Prometheus, Grafana (metrics and tracing)

Who you are
- Over 5 years' experience in product ownership, data & AI platform management, or cloud solutions
- Strong track record in helping colleagues grow and in sharing your knowledge and experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across IT and business teams
- Proficient in Azure Data Services (Mosaic, Databricks, Unity Catalog) and knowledgeable about data security, compliance, and governance
- Strong analytical skills for prioritising features based on impact, feasibility, and risk
Who you will work with
You work closely together with a junior product owner, whom you mentor and prepare to fully take over the role in the future. The development team is a mixed team of internal and external colleagues working in The Netherlands and in our Digital Hubs in Madrid and Prague.
In this role, you will work with a diverse and international team that embodies NN's core values of Care, Clear, and Commit. Our team operates in an agile environment with two-week sprints and consists of two squads serving both Dutch and international business units. This structure allows us to focus on customer needs with a T-shaped team of data and infra cloud platform engineers working together as one unit. With full autonomy, the team decides on the technical approach and delivers value with a quality-first mindset.
At NN we work hybrid. We combine working from home and working in the office. Teams can meet online or in person. You and your team agree on what suits you best. We have set up our offices in such a way that there is a suitable place for every type of work. The official location for this job is The Hague.
